Welcome to our customer account maintenance interface.
- Update Email Password: To change your email password, click on the "Update Email Password" link at the top of this window. Login to webmail and then click on Settings.
- Update Dialup Password: To change your dialup password, click
on the "Update Dialup Password" link at the top of this window.
- Generate Usage Report: To generate a detailed connection report,
click on the "Generate Usage Report" link at the top of this window.
- Express Plan Email Report: For our Express Plan customers, a
weekly email usage report is available. To sign-up for this service please click on the "Express Plan Email Report" link at the top
of this window.
It is a good idea to change your passwords once or twice a year. Be sure to
incorporate a scheme that is hard for others to guess. We recommend using a
password that is at least 8 character in length and that includes one capital
letter or number.
